I am writing today to express my appreciation for the service I received for surgery. I had to stay overnight and I must say I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. From the time I entered the hospital to the time I left I received top quality care.
I must say that I was initially quite apprehensive about coming to the Montfort because I had previously gone there a few years ago for day surgery and did not have a good experience. However the experience I had on my recent visit has overridden my previous experience and I have been telling everyone about it.
My post surgical nurse was so helpful and catered to all my requests no matter how busy the nurse was. The nurse never let me feel like I was bothering them and made it seem like I was the only patient even though I knew I wasn’t. The nurse is truly amazing.
To all the pre surgical staff, my surgical team, post surgical staff and the staff who came around the next morning to ask if all was well, a huge thank you. You have definitely made me a very happy person and I wish all of you the very best in your endeavours. Collectively you made going to the hospital a less stressful experience and I can’t thank you enough for that.
