I love your hospital. I had an operation three years ago and had a great experience. I’m having another operation and have just gone through the pre-op experience. Very organized. Every one is so friendly and helpful. There is no air of stress or chaos like many hospitals. Everyone seems so relaxed and happy. It’s very impressive. I feel like your hospital has a different mandate than other hospitals. Like the patient comes first not the egos of the people who work there. Whatever you’re doing, you should share your philosophy with other hospitals. They could use a lesson or two.
